Daniel answered all my questions honestly and provided a consultative approach to the project. We had a concrete pour and a deck rebuild D&D could do both, most contractors could only do the deck and said we needed to outsource the concrete elsewhere. The deck project was done in two weeks and the outcome was better than what I had imagined. The team was very clean and picked up all remnants of the materials, I highly recommend D&D for any deck or patio repair, rebuild, or new build. "These guys did a great job on our deck repair project. They replaced 4x4 support posts with sturdier 6x6 posts on our deck as had been recommended in our home inspection before we purchased. They also evened out a place where the deck boards had shifted to be lower than the rest of the deck. We had them completely so our backyard on a new home purchase and Carlos designed a beautiful yard with an outdoor fire pit, custom seating with an ornamental grass bed and a built up paver deck for the whole thing. The work was done correctly, diligently and he is on site every day ensuring work meets his standards and expectations. We also had several trees and bushes planted along with sod. "Luke, Bryan and Bhakti did an outstanding job for us. We wanted to open up our floor plan for the living and dining areas so they did the demo of a wall, then re-plastered the ceiling which involved matching a complicated ceiling plaster design. They also removed some decorative mirrors in the living area again, repaired the drywall and matched the plaster pattern. They also applied a skim coat to the kitchen walls then painted everything they had repaired. Luke was very knowledgeable as was his team. They were very service minded, courteous and friendly. Luke took the time to discuss the project daily with me and reviewed their progress/plans. There were no hidden costs and Luke also made sure he and his team met their deadline.
