I don't like leaving jobs undone, so I suggested we get the part at Lowe's or Home Depot. He not only agreed, but was willing to drive with me. I was lucky to have an opportunity to get to know him on a personal level, and he is someone you can trust to fix your plumbing problem properly and to charge you fairly for his time.
