Juan was instrumental in developing the overall design concept, as well as brainstorming ideas for how to implement some of the custom details that we wanted (including a drink table for our hot tub!). He offered various design schemes for the deck boards, railing and stairs, as well, presenting options for upgraded looks and function while never pushing for pricier items (he even steered us away from the highest end composite panels because he didn't believe that we would benefit enough from it). I was promised from Darrell that they were going to send somebody out and fix part of the patio that had concaved in. I was also promised to have somebody come out with concrete and fix the bottom of the concrete poles that were put in to my patio cover. Numerous calls were made and no one has ever gotten back to us. They basically took their money and ran."
