"We initially hired Ideal Siding to replace the vinyl siding on the rear of our home. They came for a site visit quickly, and they provided excellent advice. After speaking with Rick, he pointed out several areas where water was coming into our house, so we decided to do a complete tune-up on the siding, flashing eavestroughs and caulking around the windows. "Awesome company, if you have any questions about the workmanship just call and the owner will come out that day to answer you concerns or fix anything you think is not satisfactory. He went above and beyond all expectations. I will work with no one else for my concrete roof tiles or my siding. He didn’t like the looks of the back of house match to the old siding, so he tore out all the old stuff and replaced with new and turned around and tore down the siding in front and redid it because he didn’t feel his crew had installed it properly so it wouldn’t warp again. All at no cost. When he looked over the roof estimate he also found he had charged me to much for the parts and wrote me a $200 check on the spot. "Bryan was very detail oriented and took the time to do the job properly. I have a flat roof with a deck on it that is over a garage. He took the deck off, replaced the rotten plywood roof , installed a new vapor barrier and then put the deck back on. For the first time in many years my garage doesn't leak."

"Paolo and his crew were a true treat to work with. We have been doing a full house addition and remodel, and after having several setbacks, paolo and his team came in and were able to totally redo siding, trim out a covered patio, replace gutters and paint the house. They bent over backwards to make sure 1) things were done in the right order (even coming out for 1 random day to do facia before my roofers came out and put a roof on the house) and 2) Make sure that I was happy with the end product: consistently telling me "We want you to be happy- you have to live here, so lets make sure we get this right." The two man team was here long hours over a couple of weeks, always was sure to clean up well in the evening and left the house very clean at the end of the project, and were courteous to anyone else here, collaborated well with other trades, and were kind to my kids (super important in my book!). After dealing with a lot of trades during this project that were mediocre, un-responsive, and some down right rude, it was a breath of fresh air to work with someone who did excellent work, had good follow up, and listened to my ideas and made them come to life.
