"I felt that I needed an alarm security system since my neighbor's house was burglarized. I felt it's not safe anywhere these days whether you live in a good or bad area. I agreed on a Sunday and by Friday's evening he sent Bryan out to get the alarm system installed. It took couple hours to get it done but it was worth the wait. I'm not good with remembering things and illiterate when it comes to handling high tech device but Bryan was so patience with me and taught me over and over again to remember how to use it. I'll likely forget soon but he said feel free to call him if I have any questions or concern. I'm very happy with the services I received from Michael and Bryan and deserved a 5 star rating."

Hector, the installer was also great. He walked me thru the whole process and did a great job on the install. "Repairmen came out. Changed the front door sensor. Explained he wasn't charging me for the sensor. The next day the alarm went off again. Called to have them come out again and was told the repairman said he fixed the door but did not replace the sensor. That if the sensor were repaired they would have charged $75 on top of the $75 service charge. Something is shady and I'm very unsatisfied. They are coming out again Tuesday. I hope I can provide an update that redeems them."

"With the $100 girft card, they entire system was less than $100 for many motion detectors, and window alarms. The monitoring is more than other companies, but when you factor in the cost of the equipment, it was cheaper. They are the best customer service people I have ever used. They are quick to respond, the system is so easy to use. You can arm using an app if you forgot to arm before you left. Have key chain you can use as well to arm or disarm. Would highly recommend this company."
