"Frank came out when he said he would. He did the motor replacement in less than we thought it would take. After he was done, we decided to just have the whole door replaced. It was going on 25 years since our home was built and we felt more comfortable knowing that we wouldn't have to have someone come out for other parts that would have eventually gone bad. This way we have a whole new door that will last us another 25 years, hopefully. I can't say enough about Frank. He was quick and proficient. He did an amazing job on the opener.
