"DO NOT HIRE ARS !!!!!!!!!! Extremely disappointed with ARS. We were misquoted on a major sewer line repair ? their technician gave us a firm price without fully inspecting the line, only to come back later with an additional $7,499 estimate after the job was supposedly finished. We also had a basement flood due to a pipe left open by their tech, which cost us time off work and stress. Despite multiple visits, miscommunications, and promises, we still had unresolved issues weeks later. Even the contract stated 2?10 ft of pipe would be replaced, but only 7 ft was done per the permit. When we raised concerns, ARS gave us the runaround. This was a frustrating, expensive experience, and we feel taken advantage of. We trusted their expertise and got poor service instead. It has been almost a month and they have NOT SOLVED OUR PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!"

The hot water heater wasn't connected to the piping and water was gushing out instead of draining into the piping. It was a simple fix and the plumber came in and didn't charge for the 5 minute fix. I was so thankful. I would definitely recommend and use them again."
