"I just purchased a house that had very old (bad) carpet that we figure has been in place for approx 50 years and old dirty linoleum. Stanley Steemer came out and cleaned and sealed the 2 rooms of hardwood floor after we ripped out the carpet and they cleaned 3 rooms of linoleum. The wood looks phenomenal now and they pulled all kinds of dirt out of the linoleum floors that had been there for a long time. I didn't know until an earlier call in a different house when the guys told me that besides carpet they also do stone/tile, linoleum, wood floors, cars, boats, rvs, etc. They saved me hours of work and did a great job, one of the guys was working on the wood rooms while the other was working on the linoleum. Now I can move in to a livable house that looks 100 times better than it did a few days ago."

"The job initially was done well and it looked beautiful. The limestone and the versalok steps have maintained their quality and durability well. However, we have had major problems after 2 winters with the stamped concrete. After the first winter, we observed several areas where it broke up and we called Tony. He was difficult to get hold of, and he finally came over and took a look at it. He said, "did you use rock salt" and I said "yes, you didn't tell me not to." He said he always recommends Ice Melt to his customers. I told him if he had, I would have purchased and used it. He power washed the broken areas and sealed them. After the second winter, during which we only used Ice Melt, almost the entire walkway was broken up It looks like someone took a jack hammer to 3/4 of the walkway; there's one section that has no damage. He came over after several calls, talked with my husband and said "this is much worse than any rock salt could have caused. Maybe when the concrete was mixed, they didn't put the right amount of air in it." He suggested adding 2 inches of concrete over the walkway, which my husband doesn't want to do, or sealing it again. He said he would provide the labor and we would have to pay for the materials. He also said he'd get back to us on cost. That was well over 2 months ago. He did not call or E-mail us with estimates. We've called his number numerous times and left messages and still haven't heard back from him. The job cost us $10,000. It's very disappointing that he is so difficult to get hold of and that we have a crappy-looking sidewalk. We'd like Tony to contact us ASAP to make an appointment to come and re-seal the walkway again."

"Mark showed up the day I called to consult, and was willing to do the clean up immediately. Unfortunately due to my schedule I had to have him come back another day, which he had no problem with. He was on time, performed services within the time frame estimated, and called me upon completion for inspection. He even waited for me to return back to the apartment, and stayed with me while I locked up to be sure he didn't leave me there alone. He walked me through the paperwork explaining everything I signed. He <br /> explained all the products used, why, and that they stood up to code. The apartment smelled fresh, was clean, and did not have that overly strong chemical smell at all that I was worried about with such heavy-duty cleaning. "I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Granite Gold also provides excellent professional support."

"The response time for Dean was less than an hour. Initial clean-up was started and included removal of a soaked bed and furniture as well as installation of commercial desiccant and refrigerant dehumidifiers, three floor vacuum mat systems and multiple blowers. The house sounded like a factory and I suspect my 200 amp electrical service was near capacity. <br /> In the next two days, they removed the attic floor and insulation, opened moist areas of drywall, and continued adding and moving blowers. By the third morning after the mess, the hardwood floors were down to 9% humidity and most of the cupping resolved. a light sanding and refinishing will restore it to new condition. Their prompt and efficient service, including disinfectants to prevent mold, helped protect the house. All the remaining drywall is intact and solid. <br /> While I wish this type of thing never happened, I'm thankful for professional qualified people like Shaun, Marcus, and Chris who are qualified and caring enough to start us back to where it is really is like it never even happened. <br />"
