"Joe and his team were wonderful! His office staff was very friendly. Joe showed up on time to inspect my attic and give me a quote to remove and replace the attic insulation. He showed up on the day of the installation to ensure everything went smoothly. Joe and Jason listened to my concerns and they did an inspection of my attic to determine what needed to be done. They took pictures and explained their findings and gave me the price to complete the work. They were very thorough and the price was reasonable! NO high pressure sales pitch just this is what is going on and this is how we can fix it. His guys who completed the work were professional, very respectful and hard working. They sealed off areas of my home accordingly and laid out rugs to walk on to keep my home clean. Joe and his team are just really good people with a good work ethic!! After meeting Joe and Jason and talking to them I felt a huge sense of relief! I lost my husband to cancer and I was just so worried about getting this done by myself and Joe and his team just took all my anxiety and worries away. I feel so grateful and so blessed that I found them! They are really good people! They take great pride in their work! I highly recommend them!! It's only been a couple of days since they completed the work and there is a huge difference in cooling my home!! It stays nice and cool now. I can't wait to see the difference its makes in my cooling and heating bills!"

The roof was done in one which was awesome, but I am still waiting on gutters a week later and won't be given a day/time for them. Just keep being told "early next week" or "tomorrow". "Devan was the project manager who came to closeout my original roof project. He then noticed that because I had gotten a metal roof that it was recommended I upgrade my gutter system. From start to finish Devan has been fantastic. Staying in constant communication and answering all my calls and texts. Even handling every lil issue I had and making sure I was nothing but satisfied. Even taking the time on his last day in The production department(he was promoted, as he should be) to come closeout my gutter. Devan and Caleb and all the home Genius employees are the reason that this company truly is a different t experience. I would suggest these guys/gals to any wanted to have insulation newer installed. Very prompt even here before they said we're going to be here!
