"We had our pool renovated and Phoenix Masonry , Joe and his team did an outstanding job. We talked with several pool contractors and Joe was far the best. His communication and timeline were stellar in addition to their clean up. I would highly recommended Phoenix Masonry. "

"We had an outstanding experience with Emerald Pool & Patio! They came out to service our pool and equipment, and we’re beyond impressed. The technician was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything that was being done. Our equipment is running better than ever, and the water is crystal clear. The team was really professional, and the price was very reasonable. We’ll definitely be using them for all our future pool care!"

"We received quotes from several deck companies in our area, and Creative Fence and Deck provided a competitive estimate, and thoroughly explained the materials, options, and alternative approaches (1,200 sq ft deck). The crew was friendly, did excellent work, and they continued even when their was inclement weather. We were going to use a black railing, and Mitica suggested the bronze railing, given the color of the deck and house, which we installed. We are very pleased with the workmanship and the look of the new deck! We highly recommend this company."

"The worker was extremely slow and the final cost was $538. Needless to say, I called and complained; the supervisor I talked to was sympathetic and we agreed on a $175 reduction, but I would not use this company again."

"I mailed my antique doornobs and door plates to Bliss Plating. I requested a matte nickel finish, the same finish i have had them do for me on other antique door sets. The items were returned to me in beautiful condition, the plating is flawless and perfectly matches prior work they have done for me. I will continue to use their services whenever I have pieces that need to be replated. I am very happy with their work, and very happy that i can have antique pieces with new finish. The best of both worlds, in my estimation. They are good at edtimating turnaround time. Do not expect next day service. I was not in a rush for my pieces. This remodel we are doing ourselves and we o not require instant anything. Plan ahead 2-4 weeks and you will be well satisfied with every aspect of the Bliss Plating experience. <br />"

FAQs for swimming pool remodeling projects in Aurora, OR

You can modernize your pool by adding features like underwater LED lighting, mosaic tiles, or a beach entry for easy access. Incorporating amenities like fire pits, waterfalls, or installing energy-efficient equipment can also give your pool a contemporary upgrade.

To make your pool more energy-efficient, consider resurfacing it with a lighter color to reduce heating needs and evaporation. Installing a variable-speed pump can significantly lower energy consumption. Switching to low-energy LED lights not only saves power but also enhances ambiance. Additionally, updating old plumbing pipes can improve efficiency and reduce water loss.

A pool remodel typically takes between four and eight weeks to complete. The exact duration depends on factors such as the size of your pool, the complexity of the renovations, and the availability of materials and contractors. Planning ahead and coordinating with a professional pool remodeler can help ensure your project stays on schedule.

Remodeling your pool can be a worthwhile investment, especially if you plan to sell your home. A pool remodel can increase your property's value and enhance its appeal to potential buyers. Upgrades like modern finishes, energy-efficient systems, and added features like lighting or fountains can transform an outdated pool into a backyard oasis.

Resurfacing a pool involves applying a new finish to the existing surface to address cosmetic issues and minor structural concerns. Replastering is a more extensive process that replaces a deeper layer of the pool's structural base, impacting both stability and appearance. After replastering, you can choose from various finishes to enhance the design and longevity of your pool.
