"My repairmen was Oscar The Grouch. He replaced my dryer belt. Hours after the repair I noticed a bit of a thud whenever the tub would spin. I didn?t think anything of it at first and thought it would eventually stop but the thud continued. It?s only been two weeks since the repair so I called the company to request someone come out to take a look at the dryer. The same repairman came. This time he offered to disassemble the dryer to show me what he repaired and very quickly told me he would have to charge me to reassemble it because that service wouldn?t be covered under their 90 day warranty. He could tell I was not satisfied and told me he was leaving because there was nothing he could do for me. Needless to say, I will be filing a claim with BBB and my bank. I shouldn?t have any issues with a repair I just paid $225 for to only have to call them back for him to look at it and tell me whatever is going on now would be a new charge & repair. "

"I will never recommwnd Banks applinances or Angi list to anyone. Preston come out on April 1st to repair refrigerator. Removed some Ice and left stating it was repaired. 3 days later called Preston again to report issues. He stated give it some time to see if it reoccurrs. I called him back on the 11th he came on the May 12th. While moving the refrigerator he DAMAGED my floor. He immediately told me my wife won't notice it and to cut another piece fron under the dishasher. Preston left and I reported to ANGI'S list whpn REFERRED him to me.. At that point he stated he would take responsiablilty for damages. Preston's contractor did a no show on May 28th and on May 31th. Angis list wadn't helpful. ANGIS'S REFERRED HIM TO ME."
