"On a Sunday afternoon I drove up to my house and I noticed that one of my sprinkler zones was on and I did not turn on my sprinkler system. I went into my garage and noticed that the control box said that the system was off two of my neighbors had similar issue, and the cause was a broken diaphragm in the sprinkler valve. I contacted my neighbor and he provided me with Terry’s phone number. I call Terri and within an hour, he was at my house diagnosing what went wrong and once he found the issue, he was able to immediately repair/replace my sprinkler valves I never knew about preventive maintenance winterization of the sprinkler system until Terri informed me I will have him to come out in November to winterize my sprinkler system annually. I am very pleased with his work. I highly recommend using Terri service and I have informed several of my neighbors with sprinkler systems to contact him."

Its been about 6 weeks now and the lawn is patchy because of the poor quality of the soil (stony and full of chips). I called to discuss it with him, he said he would return my call but he never did. Now I'm left trying to figure out how to fix it. On a positive note, they did come on time and workers were polite."
