"The guys moved all the furniture/appliances out of the rooms, pulled up all the old flooring, laid the new vinyl plank flooring, including molding and caulking. They did whatever little things I noticed in the completed work. They moved all the furniture and appliances back into place. They were very nice, professional, and it was obvious they wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I really appreciate their solid work ethic, and politeness. When it comes time to do another flooring project, I will definitely be calling these guys."

I contacted K&M and John (the consultant) was out in less than an hour, John was fantastic! John's communication was second to none, he was constantly updating me on my project. Next came install day - Crew chief Paulo and his crew rocked! John and crew took care of everything; they fought with my insurance adjuster to upgrade my old carpeted floors to new LVP floors for next to nothing out of pocket. The whole process was stress free and I could not be happier. I don't normally leave reviews but I felt I needed to since this experience was so amazing.
