He also did some inside work when we were in a pinch needing something done soon and he made time to get it done, and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. The important thing, in my opinion is to end up with a finished product that matches your intent and lasts. This review is being written a couple weeks after the work was completed, so I can't speak to the longevity of the work, but I got everything that I was looking for and don't see any reason that it won't last. One of the delays in my job was due to weather, and maybe some contractors would have gone ahead with work even if conditions were not ideal, but Shaun explained why due to rain the previous day we needed to wait to perform the pour, and I was fine with the delay... I don't doubt that it was the right choice. I also contacted 6 concrete contractors over a 1 year period (3 never returned my calls / texts, and one was almost twice as much) and this company was the best deal."

"I HIGHLY recommend Caliber Construction! Leonard (owner) is very fair and definitely knows what he is talking about. I was very confident in the work that was done. He was able to explain exactly what needed done and why, I never felt he was just trying to "sell" me on extras. His crew was amazing, they found several odds and ends things that were previously done incorrectly. They took the initiative to fix them and make sure they were done correctly. I feel Leonard as well as his employees took great pride in their work. We had a previous issue with the way the water was running off our roof, the initial fix they tried did not work. Leonard was on top of everything and did a much more in depth repair which fixed the issue with no extra charge. Any time I had a question or a concern, it was addressed the same day. The office staff I spoke with on the phone frequently, were always friendly and professional. The on site crew always made sure to leave the job site clean at the end of the day. They were always friendly and professional. Before hiring Caliber Construction we had received several other estimates from other companies. Leonard's knowledge and know how is definitely what made us choose Caliber Construction. I cannot speak highly enough of Caliber Construction.
