"The job started with us needing someone to replace some siding on the chimney due to water leaking in behind the siding causing
deterioration and paint peeling off of the siding. The job was relatively small and consequently we contacted several qualified contractors and they were not willing to even come and scope out our job. Somebody referred us to Maximus and when I called and
talked to Eric, he was willing to take on the project even though it was relatively small. When he showed up to evaluate the situation and give an estimate for the job, he discovered that the cause of our problem was that we had a concrete cap around our chimneys that had cracked and separated and allowing water to seep in and deteriorate the trim boards and siding. We agreed to have him replace the siding and trim boards and to replace the chimney chase because his quote was very reasonable. During this same visit, I was asking him about the condition of the shingles on the roof because they had been in place for 20 years. They were showing signs of wear but he said they could last another year or two. I inquired as to the cost of him roofing the house too while he was doing the other jobs for us and that quote seemed very reasonable so I agreed to that job as well. He finished the total project today in less than a week and everything looks really good. He maintained the schedule that he promised and he was on site nearly every day to make sure things were running smooth. We will definitely call Maximus again when the need arises.

The floor was good but the steps and things like that weren’t, so they redid that.  They redid my hardwood floor.   I had a wall between the living room and the kitchen and they actually cut out of a part of that wall and made a see through bar between there.  They do woodworking and everything, they are very good.  The pricing was very good because I had actually checked with some other people beforehand and they had a very competitive price.  The quality was excellent.  They cleaned up after everything and cleaned every day.  They were always there when they said they would be.  In fact I planned to use them, there is an addition that I wanted to do on to my deck, but I was kind of waiting until my income tax came in.  They also build an outbuilding from scratch and it is very nice.  They cleaned up after themselves every day before they left.  They are very very clean.  Sometimes it was a mess, and I would come home expecting something to do but I really didn’t.  They were very thorough.  They removed 2 huge palm trees from my mother’s property.   They do everything."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
