"It went well. They heiped get the manufacture to replace the heater for no charge. We had to pay for labor but still we didn't have to pay for the heater. Aaron was friendly and did a great job."

"I am 100% pleased with Wayne Hyde Plumbing, I spoke to Alex on a Sunday call which was not an emergency, very polite man, willing to help. We scheduled a time to come and go under the house to check what needed to be done. Kept me in the loop at all times. Came when he said he would, sent me estimates which I approved and the work was done to completion. I would definitely use them again."

"We spent 14K on two new AC units for our house in 2021. We had to get the technicians out almost every year and multiples a year because something is always wrong. Some technicians were not experienced enough to diagnose the problem and wasted hours at our house. They also made careless mistakes (not connecting the draining pipe back in the attack) in Aug 2025. We had to run very loud fans for 5 days just to dry the water leak from the attic to our ceiling. The same technician was sent out in Nov 2025 and made the same mistake again. Now our ceiling is leaking again. The customer service did not even acknowledge or apologize for what we are going through. I am now worried that repeated leak may have caused permanent damage to our house. I do not recommend this company."
