"Appointment was made, I was contacted 30 minuted before to say they were en route, they arrived at the appointed time. (grade=A+) Inspected water heater, gave clear advice on WHAT to replace with WHICH product and WHY.(grade=A+) Repaired hose bib and told me why it had probably started leaking in the first place and why he repaired it the way he did. Work done quickly and professionally. (grade=A+)"

"My water heater went out and I needed a new one installed. I had other companies come in and give me quotes that were 2 to 3 times higher than Excaliber. They gave me a the best price. I told them I just needed the basic water heater that was put in the house by the builder. They did not try to force a sale for more money and sold me what I needed at the price i could afford. The work was quick and well done. I would definitely hire these guys again for plumbling needs"
