"Texas Painting Company painted our home this month, June 2020. We had looked for options on several apps but found Texas Painting Company here on Angie's List. We'd talked with others, but selected Texas Painting Company because Jeff the owner communicated well, knew his stuff when it comes to painting, had some helpful suggestions, and was forthright. The reviews on Angie's List and pics on his website also helped us say yes. Our home is a 120 year old Victorian cottage and hadn't been painted in many years. The decades old dark green paint was deteriorating in several areas and some were very difficult to access; we are also at the top of a lot of steps. Texas Painting Company's crew had all the right equipment and took great care in the repair and prep of damage. Jeff gave us great advice on color and other options. Work took just a little longer than expected in part due to rain delays and structural complications but everyone was amazed at the ongoing transformation. The bright blue with white trim looks fresh and welcoming, and changing our railing and other metal trim from white to black turned out well. When the job was finished and loose ends wrapped up, we realized one shared wall we'd "left out" really needed paint so we will have Texas Painting Company come back. We are also having separate electrical work done and they will touch up whatever is needed after that's complete when they return. When dealing with your home a super paint job makes a huge difference. Jeff is knowledgeable, straightforward and keeps his crew moving ahead. It wasn't inexpensive but it was worth every dollar. You get what you pay for and we are very happy with the results, and gladly recommend Texas Painting Company for your home too!"

We found Jeff to be as good or better than his reviews. He gave us a great price, did excellent work prepping and painting our house, and completed the work with the time he said it would take. It was very hot outside, but he worked through the heat of the day to get the job done. My next-door neighbor was so impressed with the work Jeff did on my house, he hired JTB to do his house, too!
