UPDATE: paint does not match paint on loft walls as we desired. He insisted on using a different brand paint and it does not match at all. Everyone who visits notices this and asks why the different hues."

"I had Chris give me a quote in June for a complete bathroom remodel. A second contractor underbid him and so I decided to go with the cheaper of the two. The contractor that I chose, never did the job. Every time I tried to set up a time, he never had his calendar and then he just quit returning my calls. No apology or explanation.  So I decided to go through Home Depot. They use Pro Rebath to do their remodels. They quoted us a price that was compatible with the first quote that Chris gave us. However, they did not do painting or replace windows. They spent 3 1/2 days on my bathroom and it was not complete. I then got in contact with Chris and explained my dilemma. I felt guilty that I had not used him in the first place. The job ended up costing me more then if I had went with his original quote. However, I now have a beautiful bathroom. Chris gave me a quote in November and said that he could do the job in December. However, I received a call shortly after from someone who was working with Chris and he said that he would like to come that Saturday to put in my block window. He custom built a block window for me and was careful to clean up. He was in and out in less then two hours. The window looks wonderful. The workers that came and did the painting, the medicine cabinet, and door fixtures acted very professional.  They were mindful that we had cats and were careful as to not allow them to escape. They cleaned up after they were done and allowed us to check out their work to make sure that we were satisfied.

"Tom did an awesome job painting my metal awning above my front porch. I was first quoted by someone else for an outrageous amount, they didnâ t measure anything, and insisted on need scaffolds. Tom came took detailed measurements and broke down all of the costs. He also did not need to build scaffolds. He was polite, attentive to detail, and very knowledge. My awning looks brand new. I kept the same color scheme and they matched it perfectly. I have a large front and back porch (with 18 stairs) and all this needed painted as well as the foundation of my home. My home is 2 1/2 stories and very high and this presented no problems at all for the crew. I got 4 quotes for this job and I was shocked at the huge difference in quotes. Shortly after painting my rear steps it rained. Although I could not detect any defects, Mike insisted on repainting the steps which says a lot about the quality of his work.
