"Bella Casa painted a house we are selling under contract for deed four years ago. Some peeling and blistering developed. The purchasers asked Bella Casa to fix it. Bella Casa readily agreed to do so and sent out a team of painters out almost immediately. They spent two days scraping, sanding and painting, and the house now looks great. All work is being done without charge.

Bella Casa painted the trim on our house seven years ago and the trim on a neighbor's house about five years ago. Those paint jobs have held up very well.

We scheduled the work a few weeks later and Steve came out to the house the week prior to go over last minute details with me including specifics about colors and which hardware would go back on the walls when the painting was finished.  When Steve left I was confident that the work would be done the way we wanted.
Steve performed the job while we were out of town the following week.  He was trust-worthy and cared for our home as we would have.  He even brought in packages the UPS person left on the front steps.  Upon arriving home, nearly half of our house had been re-painted to excellent standards.  He was attuned to details and made sure all the paint lines were precise.  I am a perfectionist and was very happy with the work Steve did for us.  Steve will be our first call for future painting projects!

My closing date changed so I needed to have the painting done a week earlier than previously planned. Leo and his team are generally booked, but he made it work. "It was great working with AA Painting. When I started looking for a painter, I put up the job in Angie's List on a Saturday afternoon. I heard from AA Painting in 30 minutes and the project manager came within an hour to walk through and take detailed notes. They started work on Monday morning and finished on time, despite us adding a few changes while they were working. The workers were very professional and even pointed out non-paint related issues for us to watch for. There was one room with some work left over from a different contractor that they needed to return to finish. They worked from 3 PM to 8 PM on a Friday to complete the work.
