"It went extremely well. We were provided with a prompt and complete itemization of what was to be done. The bid included separate costs for things we were considering but not sure about such as the garage doors, elastomeric protection of the parapets, and and extra coat of paint. These broken out prices helped us decide what all we wanted done and also helped us budget for the project. The bid Noble Painting provided was right in the middle of the several bids I rep'd. which is to say it was not the cheapest and not the most expensive which is a price point that I usually trust as being about right. The team showed up right on time on the day appointed. They set about doing a very thorough preparation of all the surfaces and masking areas that needed to be protected. When they got to the painting part of the job, they were more than willing to stop and answer our questions and incorporate our suggestions. My one complaint was that I felt they could have taken better care of their tools. While this did not really affect our project, it is something that we noticed. No big deal.
