I decided to use Above-It-All-Roofing because they had the best estimate, my sister used Above-It-All-Roofing 15 years ago and she’s happy with her roof, and the company has many positive reviews. The job was scheduled, the workers showed up on time, worked long days, cleaned up each day and finished in 4 days. After they finished, I noticed black flashing was installed. I wanted the flashing to be painted the same color as the stucco, but I did not have the paint. Later, I also noticed some tiles on the lower roof were chipped or discolored. I bought the paint, and I called Dave to schedule a time to have the flashing painted, the chipped tiles replaced, and the discolored tiles relocated. Dave came over with one of his workers who painted the flashing, replaced the chipped tiles, and relocated the discolored tiles. I am happy with the job Above-It-All-Roofing did on my roof and I recommend Above-It-All-Roofing for anyone looking for a roofer."
