"The inspection was scheduled for the day following the original call to the company. The inspection was thorough, taking approximately one hour. Several areas of infestation were located, as well as some dry rot in the garage. Getting an appointment for extermination took one week from the inspection date. The exterminator was thorough and professional. However, after drilling a hole in our living room wall (with our prior consent), he left a rather messy bunch of white splotches on the wall, which did not fill in the entire hole."
