Ron guided the workman on what to do by phone, and then about an hour later came out to take a lab sample which ultimately came back clean. No mold was found behind the wall, by the way. All this on a football playoff Sunday! Ron is so awesomely superior in his service that he blows away the competition. He not only saved me thousands over a bid I had received from a mold remediation company for the job, but gave superlative support through the entire process. Gus Jr. and Gus Sr. conducted the remediation at our house for 2 days. They were very professional and answered any questions we had. They left an air scrubber at the house for a few days to make sure all traces of mold were gone.
