"Absolutely blown away by these folks. We have a townhome at Boca West (vacation home). When we removed a wardrobe from the bedroom, as we suspected, the installers of the new carpeting had not carpeted under it. Fortunately, we had a remnant of the new carpeting and called Word of Mouth Carpet to patch in the new carpeting. I'll let the pictures do the talking. These two gentlemen that came were prompt, honest, and highly skilled. Their price was fair. They explained that the carpet we were patching in was directional carpeting and we might notice the difference. Can you see the difference?! I can't! I'm over the moon."

"Fernando is truly a master of his craft. We had extensive damage from rot, water, and termites in our oak hardwood floors. This was due to improper installation of the original flooring by a previous owner. Fernando tore the flooring and subfloor out down to the concrete for 2/3 of the floor. He rebuilt the entire floor and replaced it with new properly installed flooring. The integration of the old and new flooring is seamless. His expert staining of the new flooring exactly matches the decades old original. You get what you pay for. Don’t be intimidated by the price of his work he’s reasonable and flexible and worked with us to keep the costs as low as possible. He cleaned up the worksite removing all the debris from the tear out. I will be hiring him for a refinish job in the near future. You don't have to pay more at Lowe's, Home Depot, Empire Today, Dolphin Carpet & Tile…We do their jobs.
"Awful experience, nothing but problems. Guy came quickly to look at a tile job I needed fixed and said he could not do it but he could help me with a door and casing installation needed. We agreed on the price, I texted him the details while waiting on the quote but never got one from him but he replied by text locking in the schedule. Agreed install date came and he texted me letting me know nobody could come but they would do the job the next day, next day came and the installer said he did not have the casing and would talk to his boss but then left without talking to me. I tried calling the guy that quoted me and he would not pick up, I called from another phone and got ahold of him and ultimatly was told he could not do the job because he misunderstood what was needed. I lost 2 days and defered another installer, this crew was a waste of time."
