We were looking to remove old drywall in a garage kitchenette and replace it, repair the tile floor, and re-open a door that had been covered with double drywall. He offered to come to our house and quote the project that same day. He arrived within 30 minutes, and after a quick tour, he gave us a verbal estimate. We received a written estimate that evening as promised and hired him. He showed up the next day and obviously had a clear plan of exactly what he needed to do. Within minutes, he was well within the project and didn't stop working until a full day was done. The following day, he arrived on time as promised and completed the job WAY ABOVE OUR EXPECTATIONS and a day early! Yansel is a true professional. He is a good listener, straightforward and honest, and a very hard worker. We will be hiring him for all of our remodel projects in the future. He was persistent in finding the leak and once found he did what was necessary to stop leak. Some drywall had to be removed and had to cut and go under slab to find leak.
