"In June, 2017 Perfection Roofing took a day and half to remove our 30 year old roof and replace it new, beautiful blue and gray asphalt singles on both the home and garage. A rubber roof was replaced on the back of the home, too. Also, they installed an anti-bird guard on the chimney and replace the base of chimney flashing. "Home Evolution stood out the most the salesman's name was Ed he was very thorough, informative, detailed and patient because I was doing my Home closing the same day he was very professional. On August 11th got a call from Leo the scheduling coordinator explain to me there's going to be a pallet of shingles dropped off at my home and asked me if they can do my roof the next day Saturday August 12th I gladly said yes and the very next day I received a call at 7:15 from the project manager Anthony he asked me and informing me that his crew is going to beat him there and they will arrive 7:30 and they're going to get started they know what they're doing they were very prompt and showed up on time at 7:30am Sharp right away got right up on the roof with their tools and had my roof ripped off in about an 45 minutes to an hour during the shingle removal both my old exhaust fan vents were damaged they were old metal and bent and needed to be replaced for proper shingle installation the project manager Anthony went to Home Depot on the way to my home and arrived with two brand new vents I must say as far as Foreman go Anthony was Top Notch his crew knew what they were doing and he was on top of everything at every turn they had my roof tore off and installed and cleaned up in 4 and 1/2 hours couldn't ask for a better job. Arrived early, took pains to protect shrubs and bushes, worked very hard and cleaned everything up when they were done. They even saved us money by cutting and piecing pieces of plywood to reduce the number of sheets that were necessary to repair bad parts of the roof deck. "Hernan and his team completed a roof replacement in June. Hernan's price was fair and reasonable. They worked hard for the entire day and stayed until the job was complete in the early evening. They cleaned up the job site thoroughly at the conclusion of the job. A few days after the job was completed, I noticed a piece of shingle on the skirting didn't adhere well to the adhesive.
