"She told me what she would do, that she would do very in depth cleaning and I would just be amazed. I was away when she did it, but my mother was there. I got home several days later and talked to my mom and my mom said Jessica called the day of the cleaning and said they were going to be late. She had two girls ahead of our appointment. They came for two and a half hours. My mom noticed there were things that weren't done. When I came home, I was walking around the house and none of the things were done that she told me was going to be done. I was very disappointed. I called and left a message. She called me back a couple of days later and she started making excuses. I told her I just needed to know she's going to make it right. She said okay and that she'll be back on a scheduled day and reclean my house at no charge. She came out and they did a much better job. When she left, I asked her if we could schedule for a day in the future to clean again. She said to let her check her schedule and get back to me this evening. It's almost a month later and she still hasn't called me. I just can't recommend her. I would tell others not to bother with them."

He was able to remove an item from my shower that 4 prior handymen were unable to; to see if he can replace the rubber base. He made it look so simple! We've had a bad go at Handymen since moving to SLO last year and such a shame... But Paul... <sigh> brings great faith and great work! "The only reason I give this service provider a B is because, due to a language related miscommunication,  a terrible misunderatanding occured.   B is because we were not given a chance to explain and resolve the situation. So after a long and happy relationship, we lost our cleaning service and we would like to have them back. <br /> They deserve and A  and I do recommend The Maids.  They send a crew of 3 or 4 employees so they are in and out in about 1 and 1/2 hours. Each person on the team specializes in the area that they clean.  They work had and are very thorough. If anything is missed, they are fine with us pointing it out and the problem is immediately corrected to our satisfaction.  <br /> Overall they do provide quality service at a somewhat reasonable cost. <br /> <br />"

"I would give them the highest grading. They're very efficient. Their cost depends on the square footage. The owner got on and worked with his crew. It was clean. The carpet work that they did was outstanding. They did an excellent job. I can't say more about them but they're great. He kept track of his appointments and he's on time."
