"Chris and his team painted a deck with multiple wood walkways leading off the deck, stained a lattice, and they also stained the wood that we have on a building that we use for a patio/entertainment area. There was a lot of work involved with these projects. They handled the job quickly and with perfection! Awesome work! The wood looks new again has a beautiful natural glow to it! We will for sure use Chris and his crew for many future projects!"

"AJ is a great guy and has performed beyond expectations. He and his partner not only did bathroom fan install I requested but also completed many others I told him about when we interviewed. Including replacing light fixtures, replacing a sliding patio door and repairing rotted railing on my front porch. All in one weekend. He’s on track now for some more major repairs when all the fixtures needed come in. Highly recommend him for great service!"

Bob and his crew did extensive renovation work of my rental condominium on the Gold Coast in Lakewood. All rooms were renovated with limited work done in the bathroom. Excellent work and great attention to detail. I have other rental condominiums that I will absolutely use Great Lakes Painting and Construction to renovate. Even hung a ceiling light and ripped out carpeting (meticulous about finding all the staples) and very precise and cleaning up was spotless. Highly recommend, Brandon was always checking the work and making sure it was high quality!"
