Get matched with top metal siding: repairer or partially replacers in Avon, MN

"Smooth as silk! We worked with Key Prime a few years ago to replace our roof. We had some storm related damage to the fascia and a small area where the soffit needed ti be replaced. Just like with the reoof project, Key Prime was easy to work with and they were true to their word EVERY step of the way with time lines, pricing, and quality of work. They are a top- notch business!"

"It was good. I contacted 7 roofers and he's the only that got back to me. They communicated well and willing to work if there's any changes. The workers showed up time, they were fast, efficient, and clean."

"Roof is still going strong three years down the line."

"Our roof was completed on schedule and the crew cleaned everything up very well. I am very pleased I contracted with MHI"

"Adrian and his crew did a fantastic job. I was originally going to side the house myself, but I found summer dwindling and my time short. I called several companies and Adrian had the lowest cost, and could do the project with specific siding that I had picked out and already matched paint to. Adrian sourced the siding product, and set a start date. Much to my surprise, Adrian soon called me and said they could get the project done even sooner and started the next day. You will have his personal cell number, so accessing him for any concerns is easy. Thanks!"

"Jim and his crew did a great job replacing the siding on our home. The quote was very competitive, and the quality of the work was excellent. There are a lot of moving parts with a siding job, and we were very pleased with how it was all handled, how it all came together, and the finished result."

"Difficult job - in hind-sight, both doors should have been replaced. Original bid was for replacement of one of the doors and repair of the other.  The repairman decided to attempt repair of both doors.

"Neris and his team did a great job repairing missing boards and painting the exterior of my house. They were punctual, responsive and performed the follow up work near the end of the project as requested."

"Everything went great! They were able to come out and do an estimate within a week or so. The work was scheduled out a few weeks after that and everything looks great. The workers were courteous and considerate of my property; they walked me thru the process as they were doing it and had me inspect the work before they left."

"I would say extremely good to not so good depending who comes to work. We had a problem with the dishwasher one time and a guy came to fix it. He looked at it and said it was fixed then he left but actually it wasn't fixed. Another guy came again and he said it wasn't fixed because they never replaced a certain part so when he replaced that part, everything was fine. The responsiveness is pretty good. Professionalism is excellent. They were polite and knew what they're doing except for that one guy only."
