When another tile company stared the job, but decided that the job was too much for them to complete, I got Beall Tile's name from Angie's list. Owner John came over to start the job the next day, which was a Sunday. </p> <p>John Beall and his team of workers were professional, clean, and talented craftsmen. John made suggestions to add details to the project that I had not considered. They did an excellent job on installing 24 x 24 marble flooring. Not only did the company do a excellent job, but were clean, courteous, and professional. His coordination of the job was superior, as he always called and made arrangements to get the job completed in record time! John was also an expert problem solver. When he discovered a crimped pipe that needed a repair, he was able to call a plumber on a Sunday to come out and do the repair so the work could proceed in a timely manner.</p> <p>There are many tile installers in the area, but my experience with John was simply "GREAT!"</p> <br />"

We were told several times that they would not leave until we were completely satisfied with their work which we were. "Three years ago Ross Services installed travertine tiles on my lanai/pool deck. They did an excellent job. Three years later, three tiles were damaged, one as a result of the repair of a pool leak. I called Brandon at Ross Services and explained the problem. Within a reasonable period of time Brandon got back to me and gave me a time that the repair would be done. The repair was completed by a gentleman name Brian, who did an excellent job. Much to my surprise there was no charge for this repair and service call. I would highly recommend Ross Services for anyone looking for tile/paver work and the many other services they provide."

"From the start, we knew that we were dealing with a true craftsman who takes a great deal of pride in his work. Everything he did - from covering the stairs to minimizing the dust - was done with our convenience in mind. While the project was lengthy, every day he would thoroughly clean up, vacuum, and leave little trace of the 'mess' that he had to deal with. <br /> The work that he performed was beyond our expectations, and showed just how diligent and precise that he can be. Each tile was careflly measured, cut, and placed into a 'pattern' that he created before he began the installation. He provided advice, counsel, and detailed explanations of what he was going to do, and why. Scott and Tom - his assistant - were here almost every day for 3 weeks, and both were professional, courteous, and a delight to deal with. While we had some initial reservations about leaving workmen in the house unattended, those doubts were quickly allayed as they functioned as though it was 'their' house. They even made friends with our pets - a finicky cat and an extremely loud umbrella cockatoo!. <br />"
