"There was about a 3 week delay from the initial proposal until work started due mostly to not being able to coordinate our schedules to approve the proposal.

To get things rolling again, I called Jose on a Monday, he came right over and we sat down and agreed to some fine tuning of the estimate and he scheduled the job to start the next day. The next day Jose and his two man crew came out and did 95% of the job. Because fence posts had to be replaced, a day was needed to let the concrete footings set up, so the crew returned the next day to complete the fence repair. The last part of the job, finish painting of the siding and site cleanup, was done on Friday.
