"We contacted Dale, at Colorado Pet Fence, this past Sunday morning, and he was at our home on Monday. My husband and I are long time customers of Invisible Fence, but when I contacted them earlier last week about a malfunction in our system resulting in our dogs escaping and the injury to one that required surgery, we were told the earliest they could respond would be almost a month away. When I commented on their lack of prompt customer service I was told there are many other people asking for service ahead of us. We've cancelled future supplies and service with Invisible Fence and will depend on the fast, efficient and caring service from Dale at Colorado Pet Fence."

"After over twenty years of service we were having trouble with our system. Lytnin came out promptly and evaluated the problem. Our perimiter wire had been cut & repaired by us too many times (we are avid gardeners) and needed to be replaced. When I saw the higher quality of the new standard wire I was sure we were making a great up grade. We have had an Invisible Fence system for over twenty years through five different dogs. It has worked GREAT !! Our dogs have the full run of a yard that could not be fenced and they NEVER get shocked and we have peace of mind. Before the system went in we were on a first name bases with Humane Society. We still are but now it is other peoples' dogs visiting ours! I have only the highest praise for Lytnin's professionalism, the reliability of the product, and instructions provided. I have recommended them to neighbors who have installed similar systems with similar results. Inspite of the cost of the system I rated them as an "A" under price because of the quality of the product. You can get cheaper systems for sure but they do not last and are not as reliable. When our controller destroyed by lighting they replace for free."

"I have used Weekend Fence for many years. They have always been very responsive and when my horses broke out of my fence one time where I could not repair it, Tom and his guys were down the next day repairing the fence so that I did not have to worry about my horses getting out. <br /> There was another time I asked him to give me a bid to re-wire and add more posts to one of my pastures. This was a big job and the price was very reasonable for the amount of work that had to be done and the guys did a wonderful job. I have never been disappointed with any job I have asked of Tom and his crew to perform and the price has been very reasonable. <br /> As I have stated before, I have used Tom (Weekend Fence) for many years now. I have also used them to do some fencing for my mom's property when her fence was falling down. <br />"

"The initial install went well, however there are several issues in need of warranty repair and Scott has not addressed any of them, despite promising to resolve the issues on several occasions over the past few months. The back gate is not properly hinged, which results in the weight of 1 gate constantly rubbing against the other and notable effort to open or close it. There are several poor quality fence boards in need of replacement, one of which bows out about 30 degrees and the front gate was made too small leaving a significant gap between the fence and the post. He has made several excuses for not completing the work, routinely promises to "get it taken care of by the end of the week" and then does not show up. The last contact from him was late last week assuring me that he would (once again) be here by the end of the week. I requested that he at least let me know if he is not going to show and there was no response. I contacted him again and he stated that it would be completed by the weekend and if not we would be the "number one priority" on Monday. Big surprise Monday has come and gone without a word from him.I have delayed putting in a negative review because I wanted to give this company every chance to remedy the issues of concern. Unfortunately, it appears as though All American Fence CO is not willing to honor their "warrantied" work. <br /> <br />"

"I really liked the two gentlemen who worked on the project, and for the most part this was a good experience. Where i had problems was in getting the 5% discount listed on Angie's List. It doesn't specify labor only, but that's what we were told afterward. When we asked to see an itemized receipt for materials purchased - which had come out to exactly $300.00 and while there is a 1% chance that was the exact total, it didn't seem likely - then we got the 5% off the entire invoice. Most of the repairs were small so we were surprised at the cost for the projects. It seemed a bit high. There were also a couple finishing issues. 1. Paint to cover patch doesn't match wall color and it's pretty obvious. 2. Asked that a rose bush be dug up prior to putting fence up. That didn't happen. The workers said that they couldn't figure out where to dig it up and they didn't want to kill it. I appreciate that, but my rose bush is now on the outside of my fence. They didn't cut a limb off a tree i requested them to...instead spend what i felt would have taken longer to trim the tree limb...not sure why, but they said it provided shade. I knew that but i didn't want the limb because the tree drops an incredible number of seeds every year and i wanted to get rid of the limb overhanging my yard."
