"Amazing service. Tyler redid 2 of my boyfriend’s bathroom. He took out the bathtub and installed a walk in shower because my boyfriend is 86 and has trouble getting out of bathtubs. He also added a barn door shower in both bathrooms., he put in shower seats and grab bars in both bathrooms. He even came back to fix some issues we were having. He is considerate, understanding and really easy to talk to. I highly recommend this company."

"Mike and NEAL where are my installers they were very and professional. My experience with them was wonderful. They were on time they cleaned up after themselves, and they had the work done in a couple of days, and I am so pleased with my new walk-in shower I would recommend them every time, so thank you so much."

"Neil, the owner of the Co came personally to show what was available when I asked for bids from local builders. That was nice and he seemed very pleasant and honest. I contracted with the company that day without hesitation. I was sad it took about 6 weeks before they could come do my shower, but that also had been told to me upfront. When the time came for my shower, I was SO excited. I was told in the beginning the install would take about a week. Neil had given me some beautiful pictures of the shower I had chosen. Angelo was my installer. He got really sick during the week and unfortunately, his work suffered. There were several things that needed fixed, including a bad leak that prevented me from using the shower. NO problem! Angelo was in bed very sick for a few days, when he came back.. he did everything to make me happy and was very pleasant and nice while working. The outcome was beautiful! However , another small problem popped op and I had to call again for a fix. The shower was leaking all over my floor again! I had been dealing with DJ ( Angelo's boss it seems but I don't think he ever actually installs anything) both he and Angelo came back a few days after I called and looked at the problem. DJ was VERY rude during this visit and I expressed my dissapointment to ,Neil. Angelo happily fixed the problem. All these repairs came out if Angelo's pocket , but he never complained. My shower is very nice now and overall I am very happy. It was very nice that my problems were addressed and solved without my having any hassle. I found out later that nothing was said to DJ about his attitude although he fired Angelo! That was shocking as Angelo fixed his mistakes with no fuss.. the original problem wasn't because he was a bad worker, it was because he was very very sick with an infection and fever, should probably have gone home a couple days sooner and then just come back and finished the shower.. instead, he struggled through and he ended up having to go into his pocket to fix what he had done wrong. And they fired him for that? I think that was wrong. He was paid a small portion of what I paid in cash for my shower, but all the repairs came out of his pocket, not the company!"

"On May 12, 2015, I purchased an Angie?s List deal for $49 Outdoor Hose Faucet Replacement from Around the Clock Sewer Drain & Plumbing.

On May 14, 2015, I received a message from Around the Clock via Angie?s List which stated, ?Please call office to schedule. Thanks so much. 719-492-8043?
On May 29, 2015, I called and scheduled the Angie?s List Deal for Wednesday, June 3 at 2:00 ? 4:00 pm.
On Wednesday, June 3, I received a call from Around the Clock Sewer Drain & Plumbing at 11:37 am.  They stated that their technician was running ahead of schedule and wanted to know if he could come at Noon.  I stated that I could make that work and rushed home from work.  At 1:27 pm, I received a call from their technician who informed me that he was on his way.  I told him that I was expecting him at Noon as per a call from his office.  He stated that we was on another appointment at IHOP and could not have come early.
At 2:06 pm, just as the technician arrived at my home, I received a call from the office of Around the Clock.  The woman on the phone was calling to find out why I was confused about the time of my appointment.  I informed her that someone from her office had called me to move up the appointment to Noon.  She put me on hold while she checked with the other people in her office to find out who had called me.  She came back on the line and informed that no one from her office had called me to reschedule the appointment and that she was very sorry that I was confused about the time of my appointment.
After this call, I showed the technician which outdoor house faucet needed to be replaced.  He went to his truck and returned with a new outdoor hose faucet.  It is a faucet with a 10-12? pipe sticking out the back so that it can be inserted through the foundation of the house.
At 2:12 pm, the office manager from Around the Clock called to find out why I had hung up on the last woman who called me because she was very upset.  So, I went through the story again about being called to move up the appointment to Noon.  She admitted that a new employee had mistakenly moved up my appointment and dispatched a drain cleaner who is not capable of doing plumbing work, which is what my appointment was for. However, they did not inform me that my appointment had been moved up in error.  She said that she could understand why I was upset at leaving work and rushing home to wait for two hours.  She said that she could offer me a 5% discount on my services.  I informed her that I had the Angie?s List Deal for the $49 Outdoor Hose Faucet Replacement and that my services were already paid for.  She said that was all that she was authorized to provide and that she would call me back.
I went to the back yard to look in on the technician who had a new outdoor hose faucet lying on the ground where he was working.
About 2:45 pm, the technician informed me that he was finished.  I turned on the faucet and it was no longer leaking, which one would expect with a new faucet, however the wall behind the faucet still seemed to be getting wet.  The technician went into the crawl space to check while I turned on the faucet. The technician reported that the pipe which comes from the back of the
faucet before it connects with the pipe in the crawlspace was cracked and that the whole thing would need to be replaced at a cost in excess of $300.  I thought I had purchased an outdoor hose faucet replacement and that was what had been done.  The technician informed me that the Angie?s List deal was only for an outdoor hose faucet VALVE STEM REPAIR.  Apparently, the technician had removed parts from a new outdoor hose faucet to repair my existing outdoor hose faucet.  I told him that I would not authorize a replacement in excess of $300 when I thought I had purchased a replacement.  I sent him on his way, as I wanted to research what I had purchased and discuss it with the office manager who I was expecting to call me back.
At 4:03 pm, having not heard back from the office manager, I called Around the Clock.  I was informed that the office manager was not available, but that they would have her call me.
On Thursday, June 4 at 9:12 am, I called Around the Clock, because I still had not heard back from the office manager.  I was informed that the office manager was not available but that they would pass on my information to her.  The woman on the phone was very insistent that she could help me.  I stated that I wanted to deal with the office manager because I had spoken with her the day before. The woman on the phone continued to insist that she could help me.  I finally caved and informed her that I had purchased the Angie?s List Deal for $49 for an Outdoor Hose Faucet Replacement and that the day before the technician had only repaired the faucet and not replaced it.  The woman on the phone said that she would schedule me for 4:00 - 6:00 pm that day to perform the replacement.
I left work early once again to head home to await the arrival of the technician from Around the Clock.  At 5:44 pm, I finally received a call from the office manager who informed me that the technician would not be performing a replacement of my outdoor hose faucet unless I agreed to pay a charge in excess of $300 for the replacement.  She then stated that I would also need to pay for the repair done by the technician the day before.  During the call she spent time arguing the semantics of ?hose faucet? vs ?hose spigot? vs ?hose bib? and ?replacement? vs ?repair?.  She then stated that the Angie?s List Deal which I had purchased was erroneously run by Angie?s List and was supposed to be a repair not a replacement.  They are currently running a deal for $325 Outdoor Hose Faucet Replacement.  The wording is exactly the same as the $49 Outdoor Hose Faucet Replacement which I purchased.  I stated that if the deal was run erroneously then that is a problem between Around the Clock and Angie?s List.  I should get the deal I purchased which was for a replacement.  She stated that the deal was removed from Angie?s List very quickly; however, a few people did purchase the deal and that they were trying to make it right.  At about 6:05 pm, I informed the office manager that her technician was now officially late and she had now wasted four hours of my time waiting for her technician to arrive.  She stated that the technician was parked a block away and was waiting for her go ahead if I approved the $300+ replacement.  At one point in the conversation she claimed that she had caught me contradicting myself that that she could pull the transcripts of the call to prove that I was not correct. I replied that she had not informed me that the call was being recorded.  She stated that it was not being recorded; however, the company which handles their marketing did monitor their calls for quality assurance as is often stated at the beginning of a call when one calls for customer service.  I stated that she had called me and I still had not been notified that the call was being monitored.  Next, she proceeded to tell me that she had already contacted the Better Business Bureau to inform them that I would filing a false claim against them.  As this call had already lasted 25 minutes and I was not going to agree to a $300+ replacement, we agreed that there was no point in co"

"There was considerable mold in the corner of the shower that was not caused by something like a leaky showerhead, so it required professional attention. Shon arrived on time to inspect the problem and then explained exactly what would be done, all according to code. Once I had submitted his proposal to my insurance carrier and was approved, the work was scheduled to be done within a week. First, plastic sheets were hanged in the room to contain the mold spores should they became airborne, then the shower pan and the tiles up to 6' were removed, the mold was remediated, and the shower was rebuilt. It was quite a job so took several days to complete. My tenant is happy, so I am happy. BTW, the insurance company, on further review of my policy, determined that I had no coverage at all for this incident, but Shon was kind enough to give me an Angie's List discount and a little something extra for posting this review. Thank you, Shon."

FAQs for shower installation and replacement projects in Avondale, CO

You should regrout tile every 10 to 15 years, provided it is well-maintained with regular cleaning and sealing. Over time, grout can deteriorate due to exposure to moisture, foot traffic, and the use of cleaning agents. If you start to see cracks, discoloration, crumbling grout, or loose tiles, it’s a sign that regrouting is needed sooner.

The most effective way to clean grout involves a combination of powerful cleaning agents and the right tools. Using a dedicated grout brush intensifies the cleaning process, ensuring a deep clean. Create a powerful homemade solution by mixing baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, and dish soap to break down deeply embedded dirt. After cleaning, reseal the grout to lock in protection and maintain its appearance.

You can't regrout tile without removing the existing grout and expect good, long-lasting results. You must replace the old grout when it begins to crumble and fail. New grout cannot properly adhere to existing grout, meaning moisture will still reach the damaged layer and cause additional water damage, which will be more costly to deal with in the long run.

Visible indicators, such as cracks, stains, chipping, and mold growth, signal that your grout is compromised and no longer maintains its bonding strength. If you notice these issues, cleaning alone won't restore the grout's integrity. In such cases, consider complete or partial regrouting to preserve your surfaces and prevent further damage.
