Customers say: Quality work

"This project was our second project with Ruben. It entailed installation of a new walking path to our screen porch and the addition of handrails on each side of the steps to match the handrails on the front of our home. Ruben subcontracted the stone work for the walkway and managed the handrail portion of the project himself. He oversaw the entire process from beginning to end. It was all done in a matter of a few days and the quality was great. We are very pleased with the project and will definitely hire Ruben for future home projects. "

My first experience, they came in the front door laying down plastic in front of themselves. Fixes drywall damage and the cut across the ceiling from a ceiling fan install so it was invisible. The paint was expertly applied. The lines between the trim, walss and ceilings looked like they were done with a laser. When done, the house was cleaner than when they got there. I highly recommended them. My friends have all had s"

FAQs for small projects painting or staining projects in Avondale Estates, GA

You'll need about two gallons of paint to fully cover your kitchen cabinets with two coats. Since each gallon covers around 350 square feet, it's a good idea to measure your cabinets or use a paint calculator to determine exactly how much you'll need. Starting with one or two coats of primer and then applying two to three layers of paint will give you a flawless, durable finish. Using high-quality paint can reduce the number of coats needed and provide a long-lasting finish.

The best type of paint for your kitchen cabinets is latex paint because it applies evenly and creates a durable finish. If you're painting wood surfaces and need extra adhesion, acrylic paint is a great alternative. We don't recommend oil-based paint for residential use due to its VOC emissions. For finishes, go with eggshell, semi-gloss, gloss, or satin, as matte finishes aren't as durable or as easy to clean.

The best method for painting kitchen cabinets is spray painting because it gives you a smooth, even finish without brush strokes. While brushes and rollers can work, they often leave marks and require more effort. If you're aiming for a professional look, spray painting is your best bet to enhance the beauty and durability of your cabinets.
