"Howard is very professional and knowledgeable. I chose Howard through the Georgia Power home energy audit program. I wanted the audit performed by someone who was independent of any future services. The audit took approximately 4 hours. Howard conducted a very thorough examination of the house and attic including a blower door test to check total home air leakage. Mr. Stein responded promptly and spent time speaking with us. He demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the subject, had a full certification portfolio, and assessed our property fully, drawing detailed specifications of the project. Every project is unique and deserves careful attention. Mr. Stein explained the plan to lower our elevated level of radon (obtained by independent testing), and followup testing to be done every ten months to assure that all samples remain below recommended values. Mr. Stein was very professional, helpful, and supervised every step of the process. The installation went well, with no mess or disruption. We are delighted with the results of our endeavor, and certainly recommend his company for anyone thinking about radon remediation."
