"Called Greg and he came out a couple of days later and gave me an estimate. I asked if he could finish the job by a certain date as I was going on vacation. Greg said that this would not be a problem. I called Greg and hired him to do the work a couple days later. About a week passed and Greg said he would be starting Friday morning. Friday morning at 8AM the crew was here working diligently. The crew removed an existing paver patio; prepped and formed the patio to my specification; installed the aggregate; then poured 5 yards of concrete in 1 day. My 80-foot driveway is newly paved. They used a bobcat to transfer the concrete from the street to the back of my house. They made 10-15 trips and not a single drop of concrete on my driveway! Greg stopped in Friday late afternoon to check in on the crew and my satisfaction. The crew returned Monday (they were going to work Saturday but we had storms all weekend). The crew fixed the yard where the bobcat tore up the sod. They used a great grade of top soil, seeded and covered with mushroom mulch. What a fantastic job. The crew was friendly, attentive, detail oriented and focused on getting the job done. If you need work done, do not bother calling anybody else."

The following day, he called me early in the afternoon to let me know that he was al done and that he would like to be paid. The work looked great . "I left a message and Robert called me back within an hour, so I appreciated the quick return of the call,  I told him I had two 4" diameter holes to repair as well as a small area adjacent to a recessed light.  He told me that it's a pretty easy repair, but he has a minimum charge of $175.  I was having furntiure delivered in my living room and I told Robert I would like to get the work done prior to the delivery.  He said he couldn't promise anything, but he would do the best he could.  Well, Robert finished a job early on the other side of Pittsburgh and asked if he could come over and do the work.  I was able to meet him at my house within 30 minutes.  It took him and his helper maybe 40 minutes to finish everything.  They put out several drop cloths to catch anything that might fall (and it did fall) and swept the carpet afterwards.  They were not able to match the texture of the ceiling; that was a little disappointing but not a surprise.  But, the texture was done well enough that no one would notice unless I called their attention to it.

My only gripe is that it took a while between delivery and installation. However, Roman helped me with that. I'll hire Exceptional Exteriors for my next project for sure."

Beings how I was not in a big hurry I told Mike he could come pour the floor on a rain day as it will be inside and he cold use the sunny days for any other outside work he had. He seemed to appreciate that.  Mike called me and told me what day he would be there.  They showed up on time (a little early actually) the whole crew was professional. They did exactly as they said they would.  I paid mike in full and trusted he would come back to do the relief cuts.  Just as he promised he had a crew come back and do the relief cuts. The floor is well beyond what I was expecting.   I would HIGHLY recommend Westmoreland Concrete to anyone who needs some cement work."
