"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

"We contacted Stephen (who replied almost immediately to my voice mail) about removing several appliances (washer, dryer, fridge, computer monitor) as well as a couple of old doors and some concrete blocks.We had a tight time frame, because we were getting some new appliances the following week, but we wanted to be without the fridge for as little time as possible.  Stephen came out the same evening to give us a quote.  He was very nice to work with.  We were originally going to have the fridge brought downstairs to our laundry room to be a second fridge, and Stephen was willing to move it for us.  But he noticed that the doorway to the laundry room seemed small, and when we checked we found he was right - the fridge would not have fit!  So we asked him to just take it away.  We made an appointment for the following Tuesday afternoon at 1:00.  I had to change the time at the last minute due to another contractor (who was supposed to cap off the gas connection to the dryer) not showing up, but Stephen was completely flexible - he said he would come out the next morning.  He showed up exactly when he said he would, and it took him very little time to get everything on his truck.  He was quick, and left no mess.  We were very happy, and would gladly use him again."

"Yesterday afternoon Rob & Matt were removing furniture from apartment 7C.   I fell in the middle of the hallway just outside the elevator.  Without alarm, ignoring my embarrassment, they lifted me up and Rob helped me to my apartment.  I have a brace on my leg which makes walking difficult.   I was upset but they were so, so kind.   I'm a true believer in karma. You get what you give, whether it's good or bad.  I believe if you do good deeds, that's all you get back.   I have always wished that for myself and now I wish that for them.   There need to be more Rob & Matts in the world.

"I hate saying negative things, because the 2 ladies were nice. I wrote 3 messages on here asking the owner, Roney, to call me the morning of the cleaning to tell me when they would arrive. He promised in writing that he would call me this morning, but he didn't. I had literally just stepped out of the shower, when the doorbell rang.  The ladies tried calling him twice, but he didn't answer.  The ladies spoke Portuguese and almost no English whatsoever - only a few words.  There was no one to translate what I wanted to have done, and therefore several things didn't get done the way that I asked them to be done, or at all.  They were "dusting" my wood furniture with a dirty feather duster.  I gave them a new can of Pledge and some clean rags. I asked them to use that on all of the wood furniture (like tables, sideboard, dresser & nightstand).  I got a blank stare.  They only used it on the sideboard.  The armoire in my bedroom had dust on it in several places, which I noticed after they left.  Using a feather duster on a TV and the screen doesn't get it clean. It was covered with dust, that I had to clean myself after they left.  I gave them toothbrushes so they could clean behind the toilet seat and around the drain in the tub, but these areas were not cleaned.  My aluminum kitchen sink still had a couple food stains, even thought I provided them with cleaning brushes.  I have a set of glass jars in the kitchen, that sit next to the stove, so they get a little bit greasy. They were only wiped off - but no product was used to get the grease off.  I asked them 3 times to use a mop to clean my kitchen and bathroom floors (both rooms are fairly small, so there isn't much linoleum). They nodded their heads that they had a mop. In the end, they just ran a squeegee across the floor and just used water. I had offered them a mop & floor cleaner, but they didn't use them.  They didn't even scrub the floors first.  They did put clean sheets on my bed, which was a nice extra, which I appreciated, since I had recently had surgery on my shoulder.  But, then they left random things on my bedroom floor. I gave them a very sturdy 3 step step-stool and asked them to dust the fan in my living room & the half moon window above my front door, because I am afraid of heights. They only used the feather duster, and the dust fell on the carpet that had just been vacuumed - then they didn't vacuum that dust up.  Finally, they left 25 minutes early. I paid for 4 hours of cleaning [2 people for 2 hours]. They packed up all their supplies and were standing at my door 25 minutes early. I believe they should have asked me if there was anything else that I wanted to have cleaned.  My house was in no way dirty or disgusting.  I just needed help with the basics because of my shoulder surgery.  I was really hoping that I would find a cleaning service that I could use on a regular basis, but I'm really disappointed with RP Cleaning.
