The not so good: After being told I'd be contacted within two days, I was not and I reached out a few times to connect, we agreed upon a date Feb. 2 at 8am,and I reorganized to have my mom here at that time on Feb.2. At 8:04am that morning I got a text and phone message stating that they'd need to reschedule as they'd double booked. We agreed they'd come on Friday, Feb. 6 at 1pm.
