"I called on Monday and set-up an appointment for Wednesday afternoon between 1 PM and 4 PM for a technician to come to my house to evaluate and possible replace the sump pump.  At 3PM I had received no call, so I decide to call them back to see if there was a status.  There was a bit of confusion because the person I talked to to set-up the appointment entered my name incorrectly.  They got everything straightened out and got to my house at 4:30PM.  The technician was very professional and he diagnosed the issue and replace our sump pump quickly."
