"I was told I needed a new roof by a few different companies and when Roofman came out and inspected the roof, he inspected the roof and told me it was good for another 3 years and it did not need replacement. I had one shingle tear back and had it repaired and the other companies told me I needed a new roof and the quotes were over $10,000 for a 10 year warranty. But Roofman was honest and gave me a quote a two thousand less and told me I did not need a new roof. I am so happy that there are still honest people out there. "I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured."

"I submitted my project through Angie's List on a Thursday and requested quotes from CSR and two other providers. Ron was the first to respond, about about a half hour later. Although he offered to come out fairly immediately, the earliest my schedule would allow was the following Thursday so that was what we scheduled for his visit. He showed up promptly at the scheduled time with Dan. They evaluated the impacted area in the hall, as well as the attic since the mold had grown primarily along the perimeter of attic access door. They pointed out signs of poor ventilation in the attic, as well as evidence of weakened structure in the roof panels. To prevent recurrence of the mold, they recommended that these items be addressed. In terms of the immediate issue of the existing mold on the ceiling, they determined that the mold on the ceiling had not damaged the drywall itself so a professional cleaning and sealing would remove the mold. Re-painting the area (as well as the remaining hallway and trim, etc) was also recommended. I was comfortable with their recommendations, especially since I had been expecting that more extensive measures (e.g., drywall removal and repair) would be involved. I was relieved that the drywall had not been damaged by the mold. We scheduled the work to occur the following morning. Ron, his son (Anthony), and Dan showed up promptly as scheduled on Friday and began prepping the areas (taping the area for painting, setting up protective plastic, setting up ventilation fans). I was able to remain home, tucked away in my den, while they worked. The job was completed in about four hours, and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I was completely comfortable at all stages of my encounters with them. The work was done well and with minimal inconvenience to me. I also got a good sense that they wanted to do what needed to be done without inflating the project with unnecessary recommendations. In further testament to their integrity, Dan called me today as he noticed that the check I had written was for too much. He came back today to issue me the refund personally. I'm attaching "before and after" photos to illustrate what a fantastic job they did on making my hallway presentable again!"

"We brought in Gary Pietrangelo with All Around Maintenance to work on our deck.  We didn't know if it would need to be repaired or rebuilt.  When I initially called Gary he returned my call within 24 hours and came out within a day to give us an estimate.  He arrived timely, was thorough and professional. After considering our options we chose to go with Gary's services.
Before providing you further, please note that our house is close to 85 years old and our deck was at least 50 years old.  The deck was sinking under one of the two primary entry doors. We didn't know how much time or money would be involved but we knew that we needed a company we could trust since surprises could naturally happen when considering the age of the house.
Gary and his crew arrived timely and did their best to repair the deck, rather than replace it.  The more wood that was removed the more we learned how rotted the wood was. Once we realized we needed to replace it, Gary went with me to the store to buy the materials and provided excellent guidance on what was needed.  His approach was warm, personable and respectful of cost. 
It took about two weeks to rebuild the deck, rebuild the rotted frame around the entry door and replace it, then replace the gutters.  (This was taking several rain days into consideration, which he and his crew tried to work through when it wasn't pouring.)  Gary gave me regular updates, made trips to replace or purchase materials (without charging us), and ultimately built a beautiful deck. 
Replacing the door was a big challenge due to the fact that like all old houses the foundation has shifted.  Every time we ran into a challenge Gary brought in an expert (without charging us) and made sure the work that was done was of quality. 
It is clear that Gary takes pride in his work and cares about his customers.  Though like all big projects like this we had our challenges and surprises, my husband and I were both really pleased with his services.  We do expect to bring him back later this year to replace the siding and rebuild the rest of the gutters.
