They were respectful of my home, great to work with, and did a fantastic job checking my chimney and gas fireplace to make sure it was safe and in working order. They "reset" the hearth, added the necessary materials, climbed a 30 foot ladder in 20 degree weather to check my chimney and provided a very detailed after-action report along with photos to give to my HOA for repairs. He suggested checking with a local company that wouldn't have to factor in mileage. I'm glad he did! Michael was not only wonderful to work with but came in $250 cheaper than the first estimate. We were flexible with the timing, but when Michael wasn't able to complete the job the day he thought he would (due to the INTENSE heat), he called right away to let us know.
