I had a hard time finding replacement windows for the atrium. other contractors either want to break stucco and rebuild or refuse to quote. the windows came out very nice. we had trouble with two windows and mike came out right away. we had them refill the foam in the windows more. they were very accommodating. overall - very pleased."

"After our kids repeatedly locked us out of the bathroom by shutting the door with a broken lock, I finally called Alan. He had rekeyed our house a few years ago and I remember him doing a great job, being punctual, quick, and no-nonsense. Alan was available to fix my interior door lock, offered a reasonable and lower rate than other locksmith quotes to show up to do the job (even though it was a small job, most had higher flat rates for service calls,) showed up 10 minutes early, and fixed the lock in 10 minutes. "It went fine. They removed double sliding patio doors, replaced all wheels on doors and installed new track on bottom. Old track was so bent we could barely move the doors. They now glide easily. At first they were noiseless, but a couple of weeks later they got a little noisy, although they still glide smoothly. This may have been due to pressure put on the door when we later had a safety laminate put on the glass. I wish I'd done it years ago, as the struggle to open & close them was really annoying.
We initially planned to replace the doors, but they're 60 years old, no one makes them any more and it would have cost many thousands of dollars to replace. We're quite happy.

"The process was longer than originally anticipated due to other jobs and scheduling conflicts, however the final product was worth it.  Ultimately it took a month, working around our schedule and theirs.  Steve and his team even shaved some cost off at the end due to the number of times that were eventually needed to come out.  They provided and painted our front entry doors, and installed the light kit, which we provided, at there warehouse.  They came out and removed our old frame which was also just rigged together from the previous owners.  The installer, Jeff, was extremely knowledgeable and was able to replace/ fix/adjust our original faulty frames and door jams.  They came out a second time to touch up and paint the entry doors.  They came out a third day to remove, tune up, update hardware, and reinstall our side doors.  Finishing with the painting.

"He worked with my wife. He had already had a long day and we were the last call. He had a bit of an attitude to start. Did not understand what my wife wanted so she had to take him to another room I’m our house to show him. He did not have how own ladder so we had to provide him a ladder to complete the work. When I got home he was almost done and my wife notice he put the wrong color fan blades facing down. He processed to argue with my wife that this was the side she wanted facing down & refused to switch them and I was their to witness his attitude. At this time I just had him quickly finish up and leave. He did not offer to clean up the mess from the install. I paid him by Zelle app and he left. I would definitely not use or recommend him again. Also now I will need to take apart the fan again to fix that blade color."
