"I used Marble and Stonelife because of favorable Angie's List reviews and was not disappointed.  Chris Chai is really into stone. It shows in the pride he takes in his work.  Chris and his helper cleaned, polished and resealed our granite kitchen counters, replaced the caulking that was done incorrectly with grout.  He was able to remove most of the surface scratches but could not get all of them out due to our neglect on our part.  Granite was installed in 2003 and we've done absolutely nothing since then.  He also removed stains and scratches from a marble bathroom vanity that we've also neglected. <br /> We have a 1929 stone tile floor in one bathroom and he was able to clean it and seal it.  We also had him test worn tile in another bathroom.  Although he couldn't restore the damaged tile, he was able to demonstrate that it would be much cleaner once he works on it.  We intend to have him come back and do that work. <br /> His prices are very reasonable and he gives Angie's List members a discount. <br /> I highly recommend Chris.  As long as we have the counters and he stays in business, we intend to have him come back on an annual basis and polish and seal our counters. <br />"

They went through all the flooring and filled in all the missing grout as well as. They also were nice enough to provide information on how to keep my floors shiny."

"I cannot say enough good things about Eddie and Best Way Marble. Hands down, the best experience I've ever had working with a vendor. From the moment I contacted them they went above and beyond. Eddie started by doing a consultation on a Sunday morning just to fit my schedule. Once we picked out the stone, the sinks, and scheduled the timeline, it was all incredibly seamless. I didn't have to lift a finger and Eddie took care of everything! <br>I'm not the most construction savvy and Eddie walked me through everything. The demolition was completed in one day and when I returned home from work, everything was just as spotless as when I left. You literally couldn't even tell that they had been there that day demoing everything.  <br>The installation was perfect too. He scheduled and his crew was there on time and ready to go. They didn't miss a beat. It was completed in two days without any kinks and everything that he promised was delivered.  <br>Even at the end when I had trouble installing my outlets back into place, Eddie sent out his team and handled everything for me.  <br>I have to say that working with Eddie and his crew made construction enjoyable. "Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... The areas that they have finished were water-stained and had some damage... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW!!!! Considering that some of my high traffic areas were pretty bad, the floors look FABULOUS!!! "We had few remodeling projects that we needed done for our home and from the beginning, our project manager, Jacob, did not disappoint us. Jacob and his team were professional, kind, and always took the time to discuss our needs about some changes we wanted to make. Jacob gave us many suggestions and ideas and we quickly got to work. We needed several things done on the inside of our home, but also in the backyard and front driveway. Jacob and his team transformed the floors, yard and driveway into a more modern, beautifully put a together work of art. Some of this work included making cement repairs and changing the driveway from stone to concrete. A bunch of the bricks in the yard were damaged and old and Jacob’s team could redo the walls and floors with the new brick color we selected. We could immediately see a difference as they payed so much attention to detail in lining everything up perfectly and we could tell that they had a lot of experience. We also changed some of the flooring in the inside of our home, which came out just as great. Overall, very professional and efficient work, good communication and always showing up to work."

"Mike and his crew were clean, thorough and precise in the demolition and tile work. Mike communicated with us about all reasons for needing to adjust the work. His crew tried very hard to minimize their presence in the house, even entering and exiting through the bathroom window so they wouldn't tromp through the house constantly. The shower looks really nice...all the grout lines and spacing look tidy. We wish it could've gone a little quicker but that's not a big deal. We were happy with the work."

"I was referred to this company by another stone dealer who said they had the best stone and were the best fabricators and installers. They only sell and work with soapstone, and have been doing it a long time. They were very helpful, told me about the different types of soapstone in their yard, were very patient in helping me to pick out a slab. <br /> The finished product was absolutely perfect. The installation crew did a beautiful job, even fabricating a small piece on-site so it would fit the space perfectly, and match the veins in the counter top that it 's butted up to. There is not the slightest flaw of any sort in the counter tops; they fit perfectly, and are finished perfectly. The crew was respectful, and cleaned up everything really well, much better than the other crews involved in the kitchen replacement.  <br /> My only less-than-happy part of the experience was that it was a bit difficult to communicate with them regarding work dates. I know they were really busy, and I was really stressed, (no kitchen for 4 months - ugh!), so it probably seemed like a bigger deal than it should have. Nonetheless, I think communication could have been a bit more timely. It was not a deal breaker, for sure, and I would not hesitate to send anyone their way, as the quality of product and craft are superb. <br />"
