To change outdoor faucet, the total bill was $386.00 plus small charged to us my credit card which brought to $411.00. I understood the $89 service charge; the part could not be more than $35 so rest was the cost of labor. I should have shopped around for better price. That would be my only disappointment."

"I feel like I was price gouged because I was a woman without knowledge regarding plumbing. I paid over $800 for the gentleman to change a cracked pvc pipe and change the tank/flap on the toilet. First the guy told me $1395. After my neighbor came over and told me to call the company that service my irrigation system he called the office and it went from $1395 to $813. I took pictures what was fixed showed another professional and was told it shouldn't have cost me more than a couple hundred dollars. The gentleman was pleasant but most con artist are. The work was done very quickly. It took maybe an hour to complete the job. $800 an hour I'm clearly in the wrong line of business..."

Iceberg Home Services was the only company that answered my call and offered to get me immediate service. Christina was the initial person I spoke to and she instantly relieved my anxieties and stress. Sam was the plumber who came out to complete my repair and he kept me informed throughout the entire process, let me know exactly what was being repaired, and was so kind and professional throughout. I cannot thank this company enough! As a woman it's always hit or miss to find a good contract/service company that makes me feel comfortable and let me just tell you, THIS COMPANY IS A HIT ON THE BULLSEYE! The repairs weren't the cheapest but for the quality of work I would pay their fee 10 times over. This will be the ONLY company we utilize in the future for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical repairs. I promise they are worth a call!!"
