"The truck was here on time as scheduled. He would not dump the mulch in the yard because they company had a problem with their truck sinking into a leeching field. I told him that our field was out back but he said he couldn't put it anywhere except in the driveway, which I understood. It just made it a bit more difficult for me to carry it over to where I needed it. Other than that the product was excellent and it lasted at least three years before I needed to replace it. I would definitely use their products again."

"Unfortunately it took him so long to come out to quote the job (and then finally quote it) that we couldn't do the job we wanted anymore due to watering ban restrictions. Unfortunately, but I liked him and I like supporting a growing business-so we signed up for their fertilization program for our existing lawn and I asked him for quotes for replacement projects that we could use the big deal on, I still haven't gotten those quotes, and I still haven't received any fertilization services that I signed on for-despite many assurances.

He is a super nice guy, and I would love to have done business with them, but they just seem overextended. I sent him an email today expressing my frustration and letting him know I will be requesting the refund through Angie's List. It's really too bad-we basically missed out on being able to secure the necessary services for our landscaping needs because I kept giving this guy a break when he'd say, this week, then next week, then, still not done."

"All went well. The fellow seemed very knowledgable. He completed the spraying and the house had to be vacated while he did the spraying. I was not totally comfortable with the idea of leaving a service provider in my house all alone. Perhaps I am too suspicious but he said it was a law that the house be vacated by humans and pets while the spraying was being done. As it turned out, there was no problem with that, thank goodness. The real test of success will be to see if carpenter ants or mice reappear in the near future. I am just hoping the A rating is well deserved. Finally, I have to say the woman I spoke to at the office was extremely knowledgable and pleasant. Her very positive attitude went a look way in getting me to commit to this company's service.

"Mike was both professional and personable and did great work.
I needed to have a television mounted on a wall in a new apartment so I searched around on Angie's List.  Mike was easy to communicate with, very responsive, and I was impressed that he was able to fit in my smaller job (about 1.5hrs) into his busy schedule.  He showed up on schedule and performed the work with no problems (and even threw in some pleasantly witty banter in for free!)   He clearly explained what he was going to do before getting started with the drill and when finished he took the time to show me all the ways to adjust the mount if I ever needed.  When asked, he also gave me some great advice for a couple other projects I chose to attempt myself.   Should those or other projects turn out to be beyond my abilities, I would definitely call Mike again.
