Can't say enough positive things about my experience with Window City from the initial meeting to the install. I was in need of replacing all 11 of my old metal windows in my ranch style home. After getting 4 different bids I choose Window City - what a great choice!! Greg walked me through the product details, the estimate was really the final cost!! Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable of their craft and VERY respective of my personal property both inside my home and outside. Ron and Elijah did the install - they are very hard working, know what they're doing, work very well together, professional, respective of property, cleaned up after they were done and I don't know how they managed to finish the job in the pouring rain. They kept everything dry but themselves. "A HUGE PLUS: They did not require a minimum number of windows to be replaced like some companies that won't quote you unless you are doing at least 3 windows and have all decision-makers home to listen to a sales pitch. They did an excellent job on the 2 windows we wanted done. They did not leave a mess or any glass hazards. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. The only negative, thus the 4.5 rating on customer service, was that they don't keep you informed if they are running late for the appointment."

"Magnum roofing was VERY responsive to our emergency situation.  The electrical pole on our roof was ripped out from a falling tree branch during a storm.  We had a small hole in our roof that needed to be repaired before we could have the electric pole repaired and get the electricity turned bad on.  They were able to come out to give us an estimate within a very short time frame, 30 minutes!  They would have been able to complete the repair before the electrician came back with his emergency permit.  
Everyone I spoke to, from the person that answered my inquiry to the gentleman that showed up to give us an estimate, were very professional.  The gentleman that came out to give us the estimate even helped us rescue a baby egret, he was familiar with bird rescue/ rehabilitation.  I would definitely call them again in an emergency situation.   Magnum roofing has a fantastic staff!   They went above and beyond my expectations.
