"A bit conflicted on how I feel. First off, the gentlemen who did the work were awesome! Fast, efficient, polite, professional, courteous...outstanding. My problem, however, involves the fact that I purchased the 4 recessed light installation offer after asking SPECIFICALLY if it would cost more to have them also remove the fluorescent light box. The response was "no." I was very clear in my request. However, once the installers arrived and called the office about the light box, I was charged an additional $100 to have the box removed. I was too prepared to have the work done to argue about the additional price, and would LIKELY have paid it up front had they been honest from the get-go. All-in-all, it left a bad taste in my mouth, and that's the primary reason why I gave them lower scores on professionalism and price. The offer also mentioned a "comprehensive electrical inspection." That is VERY misleading, because all they do is make sure the lights they installed work. Note: their package does NOT include drywall repair, so I have a huge mess in my ceiling and am no looking forward to the added cost of hiring someone to repair that. If you don't have to have any lighting removed, there should be no drywall issues for you, however. I would like to think my experience was an anomaly, so I might consider using them again, as the quality of the work was mostly fine."

"I love them, they're great. I've had them out several times. I was just about to call them for something else. They just were all around great in terms of promptness, professionalism, fixing the problem, reasonable price. Their front office staff, arranging the times and everything, was just great. I remember that, because it was during a time with flooding and they were very busy. But they were very efficient. I have a very high ceiling. When he came out to put up a light fixture, he had to rent a special ladder and it cost $60. Because the fixture didn't fit, he had to come back out, re-rent it, but they just absorbed that cost. So they're just real high on customer service. They weren't the cheapest, they weren't the most expensive. They saved me money on something that they could have charged for. The quality was excellent."

The work was handled within the timeframe specified by the Angie's Deal. No extra labor costs! Costs below only include purchase of replacement LED light fixture & Angie's List Deal. "Rob and his team are truly amazing! They came in and efficiently installed a root block in our backyard on a Thursday. The following Tuesday they returned and installed a drainage system for our backyard with three catch basins and run off into the street. In the front yard they cut the grass into sod pieces before digging the trench and when finished replaced the grass making it almost imperceptible that they had done the job. Rob is an encyclopedia of information about trees and landscaping and he is always willing to share what he knows. I highly, highly recommend hiring him and his team (some of whom have been with him 16 years) He is honest, knowledgeable, and very fairly priced!"
