"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I worked with Last Call to redo flooring for 3/4 of a rental property I own in North Carolina, but I live in Oklahoma. They did such a great job working with me, making sure I had pictures of the work done, answering all of my questions. They even went so far as to meet with me during the week of Christmas when I was in town inspecting my rental property! Jerry is excellent and I'm really pleased with the vinyl plank flooring they put in. The installers were kind enough to point out an issue with the washing machine I wasn't aware of too! The only little thing was that there was apparently some dust and debris left over according to the property manager, but other than that it was great work and excellent service. Thanks all!"
