"It went very well. I contacted B-Dry and I was able to set up an appointment for an estimate very easily. While setting up the appointment, they let me know they had done a similar repair on the house back in 2001 (two owners ago), and that repair has held up to time. I scheduled the appoinment, they showed up on-time and completed the repair of the new crack that was letting water in. They also threw in chipping out some 'honeycombing' in the foundation that would very rarely let a trickle of water into the basement at no extra charge. While it hasn't rained yet since they repaired of the new crack, given that the 2001 repair hasn't given me any issues, I'm very confident that the new repair will hold up well.
